Remodeling and Building Process

Getting started.

 We meet with you at our office, your home or the new home site; make suggestions on design and decide if a feasibility study is needed.

Feasibility Study or Design agreementAt this point, we agree on a plenary project budget. Take notes on style choices, wants verses needs and gather your input. Talk about your vision, style and how it will reflect on your budget.
Finalizing the Design we will prepare drawings and plans. Talk you through the design and make notes on any finale choices.

Plans, and finale drawingsand spec sheets with allowances on decorative materials are prepared. Any adjustments are then made to obtain the final cost of the project; a tentative construction schedule is set.
Contract and price Guarantee when theses documents are signed we are off to work and rest assured there are no hidden charges, and no price increases.

Permits and POA: We take care of any paper work, which pertains to any local requirements, from the start to the end.

PreProject Meeting: We meet with sub-contractors, local authorities and follow-up on any remaining client request.

Inspections and Hands on: We meet and go over every inspection with Building authorities. Either the contractor/lead man or the project coordinator is on the job during production hours. You are kept up-to-date on your project through emails, phone calls, personal meetings and postings on Face Book.  
Completion: All appliance and systems are tested. Your home or additions is cleaned and a walk through is scheduled with you. Any warranties and instruction are placed in a binder and left for your records.

Post Construction and Warrantee: We stand behind our work long after the completion of the project. We are available to answer any questions, follow-up on manufactures warranties and our personal 2-year guaranty.
